the details matter.

01 / RESEARCH

Market & vendor research

Explore potential suppliers, service providers, and commercial alternatives through documented research.

  • Vendor and service-provider discovery
  • Public market and pricing observations
  • Capabilities and service-area research
02 / COMPARISON

Evidence & requirements

Bring scattered product information into a comparison that shows what is supported and what needs confirmation.

  • Manufacturer-document comparisons
  • Buyer-defined requirements matrices
  • Source links, conflicts, and evidence gaps
03 / DOCUMENTATION

Operations support

Turn supplied information into usable records and reporting for a defined project or assignment.

  • Document indexes and action registers
  • Deliverable and requirements trackers
  • Concise status and decision briefs

How an assignment starts

Small enough to define.
Specific enough to use.

For example: compare a few buyer-selected products against agreed criteria, with evidence links and a list of unanswered questions.

That is one starting point. Your business question determines the scope.

  1. Define the questionAgree on inputs, criteria, deliverables, and a deadline.
  2. Research and organizeDistinguish documented facts from assumptions and missing evidence.
  3. Deliver for reviewProvide findings and clear next verification steps, with agreed review arrangements.
